About Texite

Texite helps you count, convert, and clean text without creating an account or sending your writing to a processing service.

Your text is processed in your browser. Original text, results, and undo snapshots remain in the current page memory and are not saved by default.

Three tools, three clear jobs

The Word Counter reports words, characters, sentences, paragraphs, and estimated reading time. The Case Converter changes letter case and identifier formats. The Text Cleaner removes selected spacing and line problems after showing you the result.

Keeping these jobs separate makes each page easier to understand. Texite does not add accounts, cloud history, collaboration, or hidden processing steps to actions your browser can complete immediately.

Why counts can differ

Text software does not always agree about punctuation, hyphenated terms, abbreviations, emoji, or languages without spaces. Texite uses Unicode-aware browser tools where available and a consistent fallback elsewhere. The result is predictable within Texite, but it may differ from another editor’s rules.

If a school, publisher, or platform enforces a limit using its own counter, use that system for the final check. Texite is useful for editing and planning, not for overriding a destination’s requirements.

What Texite does not do

Texite is not an AI writer, grammar checker, plagiarism detector, cloud clipboard, or document editor. It does not judge writing quality or promise that a converted name follows every publishing style. You remain in control of the original text and the final review.
